Deliverables

Support the implementation of World Class Manufacturing relatively assembly department, made up of the main assembly lines fed by components that differ in volume, quantity needed in the BOM, the sampling origin and unit cost. The implementation process of the WCM, begins with the identification of the optimal management policy for each type of component, taking to kanban systems, 2bin system or Just-in-Time (kit). Through the use of techniques “lean” (eg. Water strider method, supermarket area, …) recommended by WCM became available online components in the amount, frequency and sequence ottimale.Inoltre have been redefined to layout the strategic areas fie to minimize the congestion in the establishment of corridors and thus reduce the travel time to the destination areas thanks to the analysis of the flows.
